Designed to resemble a rocket ship, this industrial-chic desk lamp, heavily utilizes electrical components, conduit and plumbing pieces for a "space-age" aesthetic.

The piece is themed around NASA, featuring a prominent vintage-style logo on the base and a small space shuttle silhouette on the central neck. It blends functional hardware with a whimsical, sculptural form, using a clean white paint job and an orange power cord to mimic the color palette of a launch vehicle.

• The Nose Cone: The top section is a vapor-tight light fixture encased in a protective metal cage. It houses a clear Edison-style smart bulb with a spiral filament.

• The Thrusters: Attached to the central hub are four adjustable light sockets positioned to look like rocket engines. These are fitted with amber-tinted flame led bulbs to simulate fire during liftoff.

• The Base & Body: * The structure is supported by a heavy-duty circular base.

• Integrated into the "legs" are two functional electrical boxes: one featuring a decora-style smart rocker switch to control the lights and the other a standard duplex outlet with USB A and C device charging, turning the sculpture into a functional power hub.

• Wiring: It uses a thick, high-visibility orange extension cord, which reinforces the industrial look and provides a pop of contrasting color.

This is a "functional art" piece that would fit perfectly in a mid-century modern office, a maker space, or a science enthusiast’s room. It successfully repurposes rugged, everyday construction materials into a sleek, nostalgic tribute to space exploration.

• Atmospheric Illumination: When fully lit, the combination of the varying main light and the flickering thrusters creates a warm, amber ambiance that highlights the industrial textures of the white-painted conduit. Main bulb is fully programmable for color, temperature and brightness via integrated dimmer switch or Alexa,Google,Apple Home, or any Matter enabled app.

• Integrated Controls: The smart rocker switch and power outlet w/USB charging built directly into the "legs" of the rocket, confirming that the sculpture serves as a practical desktop utility.
